Cancellation charges
Phase I - Cancellation/Deferral 30 days before the start date- Refund after deduction of 10%

Phase I - Cancellation within 30 days of the start date - No refund

Phase II - Cancellation 35 days before the start date- Refund after deduction of 25%

Phase II - Cancellation within 35 days of the start date - No refund

Deferral to next year
The participant will have an option of deferring the admission to the next cohort. For phase I, there will be no charges for deferral. For phase II, the participant will be charged the room cancellation charges paid by Sangath to the venue at actuals.
