How to apply 

Complete the application form.

The Organizing Team will review your application and inform you about the decision on your application, ideally within 4-weeks of application submission. 

If your application is accepted, you will receive a link to complete the payment process. It is recommended to complete this process within two weeks of receiving the acceptance email. The received acceptance will be automatically withdrawn and the seat may be released to the next participant if the process is not complete.
