What is the LMH course?

The LMH Course is a transformative 3-part immersive journey designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools to design and implement impactful mental health programs—especially for low-resource settings.


Whether you're a practitioner, researcher, policymaker, or advocate, this course blends theory with practice, connecting you with global experts and a diverse cohort of changemakers. From foundational concepts to real-world application, LMH helps you turn bold ideas into scalable, sustainable solutions.

Phase III

(Un)Learn and build knowledge 

Understand the past, present, and future of global mental health from world-renowned academics, health professionals, CSO leads, lived experience experts, policy makers, etc.

Phase I for the 18th Edition begins from September 25, 2026 (Friday)

Move from theory to practice 

Get hands-on experience of working with a diverse team to develop a complex intervention that can be delivered in low-resource settings.

​Phase II for the 18th Edition would be from

18-23 January, 2027 (Monday-Saturday)

Continued Support 

Offered to a select few who complete Phase II

​

Receive group and/or one-on-one mentoring from course tutors. This phase focuses on action-oriented personal and professional development, and helps take your ideas to the next level.

Please note: Applications will be reviewed and only a select few who complete Phase I will be offered Phase II
