Visas

Participants are responsible for obtaining a conference visa to attend the course.

We recommend initiating the application process well in advance of travel.

After confirmation of the registration, participants will need to contact the organizing team to obtain an invitation letter from Sangath and a No Objection Certificate from the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, which will need to be submitted with the visa application.
PLEASE NOTE:
Participants from Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan,
foreigners of Pakistani origin and Stateless persons also need permissions from Indian Ministry of Home and Ministry of External Affairs before applying for a conference visa.
After confirmation of the registration, participants will need to contact the organizing team to obtain this permission letter which will be provided by Sangath. Participants from the abovementioned countries need to register and make the payment of fees before the 30th of September 2020, since the permissions can take around 6-8 weeks.
Meals, Travel and Accommodation

Lunch meals and refreshments will be provided on the course days, at the venue.

Dinner meals (except two networking dinners) are not included in the course fees, however, there is a good choice of restaurants and cafes in most parts of Goa.

The organising team will be able to share a list of recommended accommodation options that are close to the course venue.

There are many options for local transport in Goa:

Local transport buses have a wide network even in the remotest areas of Goa.

Pre-paid and app-based taxis, and motorcycle taxi services are available at most major bus stations, and at designated spots in cities and villages.
